This one features a Musikraft neck I purchased a few months back for a project. It's a quartersawn tele neck with plenty of flame along the entire piece. The rosewood is very striking with a reddish-orange streak running along the middle of the fingerboard. The surface dots are silver and the side dots are white. The contour is Musikraft's 'Medium C' contour. There is a small blemish in the wood on the rear of the neck (see photos), and a slim imperfection in the wood at the heel of the neck which is hidden once mounted. It has a very thin 'thin skin' nitro finish done at the factory, so it's ready to play. It's a beautiful neck with an amazing piece of rosewood which has yet to be mounted, perfect for your next Telemod project. Happy Bidding!

VINTAGE TELE NECK NOT A REISSUE! 3 JAN 1972
1972 Telecaster Thinline Neck

Made on Monday January 3rd 1972
(The First Workday of the Year!)
This Vintage Telecaster Thinline Neck is in excellent condition, and I just took it off of a working 1972 Fender Telecaster Thinline guitar, which was a real joy to play.
Please see the high resolution photos at the bottom of this listing for the overall condition.
This Telecaster Thinline neck is all original with the exception of 6 tiny tuner screw holes on the back of the headstock.
The original frets still have plenty of life left, and I did not encounter any dead spots or fret buzzing when I played on this neck.
The fretboard has very nicely detailed grain, and it is in remarkably good condition. There are no deep grooves or rough spots to slow you down. The neck is nice and straight.
The original nut is still usable, but I would recommend a new nut.
The original string tree is in excellent condition, as is the Bullet Truss-Rod Nut.
The logo is in excellent condition, and everything is intact.
The finish on this neck is fantastic. The top of the peg head has darkened very nicely.
This neck had Shaller tuners put on it at one time, and one screw was inserted per tuner. As you can see in the photos, one of the screw heads broke off, and the shaft is still in the wood. It could easily be extracted by someone who knows what he is doing. It never bothered me, so I have left it in.
Shipping is set at $29 for continental US Shipping including insurance for the purchase price. I will ship using UPS for all domestic addresses.
I am willing to ship internationally on a case by case basis. I request that all international bidders please contact me prior to bidding.
Shipping to the lower regions of Canada is set at $30.

For sale is a 2008 Fender Classic Series 72 Telecaster Deluxe neck with original tuners. Solid maple with the large Strat-style headstock. If you haven't played one of these before, they are unlike other vintage reissue Fender necks that typically feature 7.25" fretboard radii and vintage style (i.e. small) frets. This neck has a chunky 'C' profile combined with a 12" fretboard radius and medium-jumbo frets. It also has a more rounded heel as opposed to the usual squared-off heel found on most Teles, so this neck can be used with any 25.5" scale length Fender guitar.This neck is in like new condition. Nice and straight with a fully-functional truss rod. Frets have very minimal playwear and have tons of life left on them. I am the original owner of the guitar this neck came from and it was played on infrequently over the last year of so, only to "noodle" around on in my smoke-free home studio. I'm a vintage-style Strat player at heart and I never got comfortable with this neck therefore I'm offering it up for sale.If you have any questions, concerns or would like more pics please feel free to contact me.
