What this is:
Once in a while someone will ask me if they can trade something in, and occasionally, I agree to do it. This is a solid body from a used Strat guitar, I only have a few of these left. All you need to do is add a neck, bridge, and electronics and you're ready to rock! It's been refinished with lacquer, the clearcoat is not perfect but it gets the job done. You can use it as is or refinish it yourself. Pickguard and back plate are NOT included, they're there just to give you an idea of how it'd look. Standard Fender/MIM parts fit just fine.
Who I am:
Someone that deals in guitar parts pulled from complete new (unless mentioned) guitars. I bought these parts at auction from a music store that deals in B-Stocks, so there can be minor differences from the part pictured. I want to give you the best deal possible. I will ship out items as quick as possible (I do have a day job, but try to get to the post office 2-3 times a week.)

Up for auction
August 1987 neck stamped Fender USA Stratocaster Body. It's an early American Standard body with the Strat Plus swimming pool rout in nice used original condition.
This body is in nice used condition with just light scuffs and swirls, no neck finish cracks and a small number of very minor dings none that are significant or that go through the finish. The neck pocket is stamped Aug 11 1987 making it one of the first guitars made in the new Fender plant, can you say quality! Includes the jackplate, bridge posts and straps knobs. The only real flaw in the body is a small crack ~1/4 inch from the bridge post screw to the swimming pool rout (please see the photo). This is covered by the pickguard and I didn't notice it until I took the guitar apart. The body has a very nice tone to it exactly what you would expect and weighs in at shade over 3.75 lbs on my postal scale.
