US Shipping Details
· Standard Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Express shipping is available but you will have to contact us before the auction ends to make preparations.
· Shipping to HI, AK, and PR are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for the same charge as continental USA shipping.
· APO / FPO and other US Military shipments will be shipped USPS Priority Mail for the same charge as continental USA shipping.
Orders Shipping Internationally
· We accept Paypal for payment on international orders. We do not accept wire transfers. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged. We have no control over them, nor will be able to quote you on what they may be.
· Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail International for all international shipments, unless otherwise requested. Email for shipping costs if you would like a different carrier.
· We can mark as a gift. Please request at the time of payment.
· Shipping charges are in USD. Be sure to pay for the cost of international shipping, not the U.S. shipping price. The item will not ship out until full payment is made.
Payment Terms
· Payment is due within 5 days of auction end. If payment is not made within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction and relist the item.

· On any international orders, we are not responsible for any duty, tax, or brokerage fees.
Returns
· We will accept refunds or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the item. Item must be in original condition to receive a full refund. Also, packaging must be undamaged; otherwise a 15% repackaging fee will be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value has been diminished in some way.
· Before returning an item, please contact us FIRST for shipping instructions and to receive a return authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
Combined Shipping
· We can combine shipping for multiple items on most of our products. Send us an email to receive a combined shipping quote, or simply purchase items, and we will send you a combined Paypal invoice.
Shipping Time Frame
· Item ships out within 5 business days. If for some reason this timeframe will not be met, you will receive an email explaining the circumstances. Expedited shipping is available; please email us for costs. There is no need to request a tracking number after the payment is made. Upon shipment of the item, a tracking number will be sent to the email you have on file with Paypal. If 5 business days have passed and you still have not received a tracking number, please let us know and we will provide one.
Email Requests
· We make every attempt to reply to all emails within 24 hours. If after 48 hours you have not received return emails from us, it may be that your spam filter or alternate email addresses are preventing the email from arriving. Please check any spam or bulk folders for replies.

Item Pickup
· We are able to provide local pick-up for items. Contact us BEFORE making plans to do so. We ship out of several warehouses, so we will need to make arrangements to make sure it is locally available.

DESCRIPTION: Genuine Fender Jazzmaster body (1962 Reissue)

Available for purchase is a genuine Fender Jazzmaster body from the "1962 Reissue" series which Fender began selling in 1986 through an OEM arrangement with the FujiGen Gakki musical instruments factory in Matsumoto, Japan. Fender's "Made in Japan" or "MIJ" reissue guitars were once built to a higher quality standard than their "Made in America" counterparts; although the USA factory thankfully met and exceeded that benchmark in the post-CBS era.
This particular body is also highly sought after and collectible due to its FotoFlame Tobacco Sunburst finish, which was produced in limited quantities for "export" markets (i.e., everywhere but the USA). The Fotoflame finishes were available for a limited period during the mid-1990s on MIJ Fender guitars, and was Fender's response to a growing market for figured woods, a key attraction of high-end guitars at the time. The process is said to have been co-developed with Fujifilm Corporation, and was effectively a translucent photograph laminate of figured wood which was shrink wrapped around a basswood core, prior to having clearcoat sprayed on.
The exposed areas on the front, back and edges of this particular body show some moderate, natural finish wear and a few minor dings - all of which are patina from a 16 year journey, and none of which impact the playability or functionality of the body. Buy a true "relic" guitar at a fraction of the price of what Fender charges for the work to be done!
